Kelly has over 15 years’ experience as a specialist employment lawyer. Prior to starting her own practice, she worked as a Senior Associate for a reputable boutique employment law firm.
She is known for her sound judgement and practical advice to both employer and employee clients. She is a skilled advocate in resolving employment related disputes without the need for litigation. She provides excellent service in a timely and professional manner.
She advises clients in all aspects of employment law and regularly represents clients at mediation. She also has sound experience in the Employment Relations Authority, has appeared in the Employment Court and assisted in applications to the Court of Appeal.
